This Privacy Policy describes how Zentien LLC ("Zentien," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you access or use the Zentien platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Data is currently stored in Azure data centers located in the United States. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. During the beta period, we may delete data without notice as we iterate on the platform. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of any scheduled data deletions. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
We may share data with third-party vendors that assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), analytics, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it as directed by us.
